Level 1 – EMF ASSISTANT
Introductory training in electromagnetism and electromagnetic pollution
This foundational level provides the scientific basis to understand what electromagnetic fields are, how they function in daily life, and why their disruption can impact health and well-being. Through 8 comprehensive modules, participants will explore the history of electrification, types of radiation, modern sources of EMF pollution (such as WiFi, 5G, solar panels, and lithium batteries), and the biological effects of artificial EMFs, including Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS).
Key concepts such as Artificial Quantum Noise (AQN), polarization, coherence, and current mitigation strategies like the SPIRO® system are also covered. By the end of the course, students will know how to identify risk sources, apply biocompatibility criteria, and perform basic environmental assessments—even without specialized instruments.
Ideal for anyone beginning their journey in electromagnetic hygiene and seeking to live more consciously in a hyperconnected world.

Level 1 Content Overview
-
Module 1 – Fundamentals of the Electromagnetic Field
This module provides the essential scientific foundation to understand what electromagnetic radiation is, how it relates to light, and its key physical properties such as frequency, energy, and wavelength. It explores the differences between electric and magnetic fields, the classifications within the electromagnetic spectrum, and the presence of both natural and artificial frequencies. It also introduces fundamental concepts such as resonance, coherence, and the perception of wave phenomena. -
Module 2 – History, Science, and the Observer's Mindset
This module explores the history of electrification and telecommunications, from early scientific discoveries to the 6G era. It examines the origin of the term “electrosmog” and encourages critical reflection on how we perceive technology. Key concepts include scientific thinking, cognitive biases, and the contrast between linear and systemic thought, highlighting the need for a dynamic mindset to analyze complex systems and respond to the challenges of an increasingly invisible technological environment.
-
Module 3 – What Is Electromagnetic Pollution? Nature, Sources, and Evidence
This module defines electromagnetic pollution and introduces the concept of Artificial Quantum Noise (AQN) as the root of artificial energetic disorder. It examines the main sources of low- and high-frequency pollution, including electrical grids, WiFi, antennas, and mobile technologies from 1G to 6G. The module reviews key scientific studies highlighting health risks, and critically assesses the limitations and conflicts of interest within regulatory bodies. It encourages a comprehensive understanding of cumulative exposure and the biological impact of artificial EMFs.
-
Module 4 – AQN, Polarization, and Quantum Disorder
This module delves into Artificial Quantum Noise (AQN) from a quantum physics perspective, exploring how artificial polarization disrupts electromagnetic coherence and alters the bioelectrical and quantum balance of living systems. It examines phenomena such as energetic entropy, nano-interference, and field dissonance, highlighting their impact on quantum biology, perception, sleep, and behavior. The module presents electromagnetic chaos as a disruptive language that interferes with vital processes at subtle and profound levels.
-
Module 5 – Bioenergetics, EHS, and Environmental Health
This module explores how electromagnetic fields interact with biological systems from a bioenergetic perspective. Topics include bodily bioelectricity, electromagnetic nutrition, brainwave coherence, and physiological effects of EMFs such as oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction. It also examines Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS), its symptoms, controversies, and alternative diagnostic approaches. The module integrates concepts like epigenetics, neuroplasticity, subtle perception, and somatic awareness, emphasizing the role of bioenergetic homeostasis in maintaining health within technologically saturated environments.
-
Module 6 – Sources and Types of Modern Electrosmog
This module explores the main sources of electromagnetic pollution in daily life, including power grids, solar panels, lithium batteries, and wireless technologies such as WiFi, 4G, 5G, IoT, and medical or wearable devices. It addresses the differences between pulsed, modulated, and continuous fields, as well as the synergistic interaction between various sources. The module also introduces non-instrumental methods to identify and classify electrosmog sources in the immediate environment. -
Module 7 – Protection Approaches and the Coherent Field Filtering Paradigm
This module provides an in-depth analysis of the main protection strategies against electromagnetic pollution, including shielding, blocking, absorption, harmonization, and passive filtering. Each approach is evaluated in terms of its effectiveness, side effects, and compatibility with daily technologies. Special attention is given to the concept of coherent field filtering—a passive method that restructures electromagnetic environments by introducing ordered quantum fields rather than opposing or blocking radiation. This lays the foundation for understanding structured coherence as a scientific paradigm, preparing participants to critically compare conventional methods with emerging approaches rooted in applied nanomagnetism and fractal field design. The module also addresses how to combine protection systems effectively and introduces the principles of biocompatibility, technological coexistence, and the emerging framework for EMF-Free space certification.
-
Module 8 – Basic Space Assessment and Self-Diagnosis
This module teaches how to perform a basic electromagnetic environment assessment using accessible tools and practical criteria. It covers the use of home EMF meters, how to identify critical zones in living or workspaces, and observable environmental symptoms. It also provides immediate recommendations, self-guided actions without a consultant, and biocompatibility criteria to improve personal spaces. The module serves as an introduction to self-diagnosis and the foundations of professional EMF measurement.
-
Module 9 – BONUS MODULE – Standard Training in SPIRO®: Science, Technology, and Quantum Well-Being
This module offers a complete introduction to SPIRO®, the patented electromagnetic filtering technology developed by the NOXTAK® Project. You'll learn about its scientific foundations, physical principles, technical validation, and practical applications across personal, residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
It also explores SPIRO®’s role in quantum well-being, aimed at restoring energetic coherence in spaces and individuals. This essential training equips you to understand, apply, and communicate SPIRO®’s potential within the field of environmental health and conscious technology.
